This note covers the personal data we collect when you sign up for news on unmade.ch.

• Controller: Unmade GmbH, Neugasse 51, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland — hello@unmade.ch
• What we collect: your email address, the time of signup, and your consent.
• Why: to send you occasional news and updates about Unmade. We send nothing else.
• Legal basis: your consent (Swiss FADP / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Where it is stored: in our operations tool, Productive (productive.io), on their infrastructure. We do not sell or share it.
• Spam protection: the signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it.
• Your rights: access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent at any time — email hello@unmade.ch. To unsubscribe, email us and we will remove you.
